Simon-Kaloi Engineering, Ltd. (SKE), is a small business California Corporation founded by Richard A. Simon and Dennis M. Kaloi in 1993. SKE manufactures over a dozen different products that include integrated sound, lighting and motion controllers, digital message repeaters, show control equipment, and professional audio products.

SKE Product customers include the largest Worldwide Themepark Company, Universal Themeparks, Six Flags, Tejix, Zamperla, Holovis, Sally Corporation, VP Productions, Stew Leonards, Knott's, Paramount Parks, and numerous other amusement parks, attractions, point-of-sale, live-fire training, and other application customers. The Simon Systems Professional Audio Products have been used in major recording studios and top-tier recording artists since the 1980s. Famed venues include Skywalker Ranch, The Record Plant, the Hollywood Bowl, and Los Angeles's Premier Downtown Concert Hall.

SKE also offers cradle-to-grave electronic consulting services covering virtually all aspects of electronics — from analog and digital circuitry to audio, video, laser controllers, DSP, FPGA, microprocessor design, PCB layout, and turnkey manufacturing.
